Cancellation Policy

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
  • Appointments cancelled within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
  • Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Non-Refund Policy

  • All treatment fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Prepaid packages or bundled offers are non-transferable and cannot be split across services.
  • Products cannot be returned once opened unless proven faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
